About us

Our group

The QICZ group is led by Assoc. Prof. Bouda. Our research is concerned with various topics in quantum information processing, namely

  • (Semi-)Device independent protocols and Bell inequalities
  • Cryptography - mainly security of cryptographic protocols and primitives in connection with randomness
  • Quantum information theory - channel capacity, Rényi entropies and non-i.i.d. in general, SDP optimization
  • Randomness - extraction, applications, unitary k-designs

We are also interested in quantum cryptography, communication, and information theory in general.

Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University
